Support, reimagined ✨ Flexible, human, and on your terms.
Life doesn’t move in straight lines. For many autistic and ADHD people, especially those who discover their neurodivergence later in life, it can feel like you’ve been looping, masking, or figuring it all out on your own for years. At Living Loops Well-Being, we see those loops differently. They’re not setbacks - they’re part of the natural rhythm of learning, adapting, and returning to what matters. Our support is about walking alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, explore new ways of being, build sustainable routines, and discover what well-being looks like for you.
Our approach is holistic, practical, and grounded in contextual behavioural science. The Living Loops Well-Being Wheel represents the different areas we can focus on together, depending on what matters most to you:🌿 Regulation + Routine – building rhythms and daily practices that support your energy and flow.
🎤 Self-Advocacy + Voice – developing confidence to speak up, set boundaries, and ask for what you need.
💕 Connection + Belonging – creating meaningful relationships and community, on your terms.
📚 Growth + Learning – taking small, achievable steps toward skills and goals that matter to you.
🪞 Identity + Self-Understanding – exploring and embracing who you are, especially if you’re late-diagnosed.
✨ Joy + Meaning – making space for the things that light you up.

Services
At Living Loops, most of our support happens online. This keeps things flexible and makes it possible for people across Australia to connect with us without having to worry about travel eating into their funding. We can meet weekly or fortnightly via telehealth, or even for shorter check-ins, so you have regular and consistent support in the way that suits you.We offer two clear pathways:→ Future Foundations (NDIS Behaviour Support): Mostly online, with in-person sessions included whenever and where they are needed, anywhere in Australia.
→ Everyday Supports (Individualised Support Services): Delivered entirely remotely (online) with no in-person component. Please note: You can choose one pathway with Living Loops – either Future Foundations (NDIS Behaviour Support) or Everyday Support (Individualised Support Services). This helps keep things simple and ensures we avoid any conflicts of interest.
Meet Lauren

Living Loops is my way of reimagining support, grounded in presence, not pressure. It draws on my lived experience as a late-diagnosed Autistic/ADHDer, alongside nearly two decades of working with people, their families, and support networks. My approach is shaped by behavioural science, human rights, and an ongoing commitment to equity and decolonising practice, with a focus on nurturing rhythms, voice, identity, learning, belonging, and joy.Support, to me, isn’t about fixing anyone. It’s about understanding the environments and conditions that influence behaviour, and walking with you and the people around you to create space for genuine autonomy, safety, and connection. Living Loops exists to imagine and build a life that feels workable, valuable, and meaningful for you, with your supports alongside you.
